Pilot Project Details
Our Pilot Project for Tender AI was for Fleetster, a fleet management pioneer headquartered in Munich, Germany.
Problem.
Filling up Tenders and RFIs is a burden.
Fleetster's sales operations often include filling up tedious forms for Public Tenders, Requests for Information, and Requests for Proposal. These forms are very lengthy, often in hundreds of questions. Filling them up is a major time drainer, in addition to the allocation of personnel solely to reply to these mostly repetitive questionnaires. A typical request would usually require 8-12 hours to prep and fill up.
Information is scattered.
For an employee to fill out these tenders, they have to assemble information from different sources and locations, including back and forth Q&A sessions with other employees. This produces major inefficiencies in the process.
Data is constantly changing
Fleetster is constantly evolving, and to remain competitive, the answers on tender requests have to keep up with these changes. The relevant employees have to stay in sync with multiple teams to stay up-to-date, occupying extensive resources.
Results.
Time Efficiency
The time needed to fill up a request consisting of 100+ questions is reduced to 90 minutes instead of 1 or 2 days.
Accurate Output
The information fetched by our customised AI is fed and updated through company documents and every new tender.
Interactive Chat
The provided user interface allows all employees to fetch information intuitively, removing the need for iterative interactions.
