We created a web portal that runs custom negotiation simulations. These simulations are used to assess sales agents' skills, spot flaws, and report findings to the HR team.
Pilot Project Details
Our Pilot Project for Tender AI was for ​Isleño​, a real estate agency operating in Mallorca, Spain.
Problem.
Rising need for more sales agents.
Isleno is growing at a fast pace, and its need for sales reps with it too. With more capital, the company can expand its business and buy more properties. These purchases and other leads have to be processed by the sales teams, which makes hiring more of them a bottleneck for growth.
HR team is spread thin.
The existing hiring process is using up most of the HR teams capacities. In addition to processing applications and vetting the candidates, the team conducts individual negotiation assessment with the candidates. This simulation usually takes anywhere between 45 and 60 minutes, limiting the number of assessments that could be made per day, and blocking HR capacities.
Skill assessment is a repetitive task.
The negotiations skills assessment ran by the HR team is the same. They follow a particular script and walk the applicant through the simulation. Their judgement of the assessment is instant, and is logged afterwards manually in their records.
